Retell AI — voice AI for agent calls and call transcripts
Anthropic (Claude) — AI-generated prompts and proposals
Google Places API — business search and lead data
Firecrawl — website scraping for agent knowledge bases
Railway — backend infrastructure hosting
Vercel — frontend hosting

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase and Railway, located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security policies. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes (such as billing records, which we retain for 7 years).
