Highpoint Growth ("we," "us," or "our") operates LaunchDesk at mylaunchdesk.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account
Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe — we never store your full card number
Usage data: How you use the Service, features you access, actions you take, and time spent
CRM data: Business names, phone numbers, emails, and notes you add to your leads
Agent data: System prompts, call transcripts, and booking data generated through the platform. Every call is automatically recorded and transcribed, with no way to disable this.
Integration credentials (optional): If you connect your own email account or Cal.com calendar, we store the credentials you provide (such as an app password or API key) so the Service can send emails or book appointments on your behalf. These are used only for that purpose.
Email engagement data: When you send a proposal through the Service, we track whether it was opened so you can see its status. This applies to the recipient's email, not just your own account.
Connected account data (optional): If you choose to connect your own Stripe account, we access read-only revenue and transaction data from that account solely to display it to you within the Service. We never receive the ability to move funds, view full payment card details, or act on that account in any way, and you can disconnect it at any time from Settings.
Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, operate, and improve the LaunchDesk Service
Process payments and manage your subscription
Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, password resets)
Respond to your support requests
Monitor usage to detect fraud or abuse
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

LaunchDesk uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

Supabase — database and authentication hosting
Stripe — payment processing
Cal.com — calendar booking integration for agents
Retell AI — voice AI for agent calls and call transcripts
Anthropic (Claude) — AI-generated prompts and proposals
Google Places API — business search and lead data
Firecrawl — website scraping for agent knowledge bases
Railway — backend infrastructure hosting
Vercel — frontend hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase and Railway, located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security policies. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account exists, including after a subscription is cancelled, so you can pick up where you left off if you resubscribe. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will complete that request within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or compliance purposes (such as billing records, which we retain for 7 years).

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion: Request deletion of your data
Portability: Request your data in a portable format
Objection: Object to certain types of processing

7. Cookies

LaunchDesk uses minimal cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and remember your preferences (such as dark/light mode). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, though this may log you out of the Service.

8. Children's Privacy

LaunchDesk is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
